HOW WE WORK
MeaningFuel offers a holistic experiential learning experience that frees up the potential of people working on societal change. It is informed by a number of modalities:
Voice Dialogue is a technique to overcome polarisation by exploring the various different sub-personalities at play. This method was originally used for personal development and couples therapy but can also be applied to the area of conflict resolution in complex systems such as teams, organisations and world affairs.
Body work explores the signals of the body while we act, think and feel. Enhancing body awareness and experiencing how we communicate through our physical presence provides broader awareness and ability to use our presence towards our goals. Protective wraps is an approach that offers people and groups protection in difficult situations by embedding them in their (cultural) strengths. It creates room for diversity by inviting people to explore their cultural roots, recognise their leading convictions and gain insight into mechanisms of exclusion. |
MeaningFuel brings experience in these approaches and has used them to develop a personal leadership oriented approach - knowing and being able to lead oneself contributes to being able to effectively lead other people, initiatives, negotiations and potential.
