MISSION
Our mission is that all people working on societal change, and especially those in the early phases of their career, are drawing from their full potential. When this potential is stifled by restrictive behavioral mechanisms, personal leadership coupled with peer support gives positive change its best chance.
PURPOSE
The world needs all the collective energy and potential provided by those actively engaged in bringing about positive changes in society. A great many driven young people tirelessly try to make a difference. Whether initiated by politicians, activists, journalists, community leaders or volunteers working on human rights, sustainability, reproductive health, peace and conflict resolution - resistance to change is common.
People subconsciously embody resistance through behavioral patterns that get in the way of authentic presence. People freeze, make themselves smaller or larger than they are, take on too much or are unable to live up to their ambitions. Such patterns and behaviors constrict individual's potential and negatively impacts their cause.
It is MeaningFuel's purpose to collaboratively with organizations and individuals identify, reduce and positively change such resistance in search for better results for societal change causes.
It is MeaningFuel's purpose to collaboratively with organizations and individuals identify, reduce and positively change such resistance in search for better results for societal change causes.
OBJECTIVE
Improved awareness and understanding of what happens to personal behavior in situations of resistance helps to strengthen leadership. By taking the time to reflect on what triggers these behavioral patterns and to explore ways to change these, people experience an increased sense of choice, balance and empowerment. By offering opportunities in this process to those engaged in societal change, MeaningFuel enhances the potential for positive societal change and application to the human and global well-being of choice.
