ORGANIZATION
Our team is led by the founder of MeaningFuel, Jitske Wildschut (MA/ MSc). She is a certified coach and prior to that she worked on societal change by facilitating regional collaboration. She brings over 20 years of professional and academic international experience in both areas.
As an executive coach she has worked with individuals in government, NGO's, academia, health care and the private sector whose potential was constricted by behavior patterns triggered by toxic work environments, exclusion or cultural sensitivities. Too often opportunities for personal leadership development were not considered until there was no other option left to explore: people were burnt out, in conflict or detached. This came at a great cost both individually and organizationally: financially for the organizations involved, health wise for the people involved and with reduced results in terms of pursued societal change. Especially the realization of the latter challenged Ms. Wildschut to come up with a different approach. |
Currently based in the Caribbean, Ms. Wildschut now integrates structural (inter) personal awareness work in the process of working on societal change. She brings a strong drive to prevent premature detachment from the cause at hand. This stems from her conviction that a holistic perspective on, and use of personal growth is a necessity in today’s complex and interconnected world.
Ms. Wildschut has worked in a broad range of cultural settings including, Western Europe, Australia, South East Asia, the Pacific and the Caribbean.
